Well I nursed for 19 months and Chase only bit me maybe twice. I immediatly pulled him away and said no more. He was old enough to know that it was bad enough the was cut off! However, he was a bit older.... if she's already got five teeth, maybe pull her away or even I was told to sort of push your breast into their face a bit, not for a long time by anymeans but to get their attention without yelling out or pulling away which can hurt you more.
I self weaned him, he started wanting to use the sippy cup, she's still pretty young, keep trying but I think if you are still willing to nurse her, let her nurse a bit more, but if you would really like to wean her, theres ways to prep for that
