Lol, my wires get crossed easy. Some people have had luck with Tabasco sauce; others say their dogs love it. I've heard great results can be had with the clear deodorant, actually the antiperspirant that contains Aluminum chloride. It leaves a really weird feeling on the tongue that causes them to stop licking the area. It can even be used after surgery so that they won't lick the wound.
