I use the standard Sherpa bag - and both my furbutts fly in the same bag. An hour and a half flight really isn't long. Talk to your vet, but I would probably think he'd recommend Children's Benadryl over dramamine.
I fly with my kids all the time and its not really a problem, they get ansty during takeoff and landing, but the hum of the airplane seems to put them to sleep during. I flew with my Cavalier for 4 hours and he did great!!
