My GiGi is HORRIBLE in the car. If I put her in anything like her carrier she get so sick. (food or not) but if I hold her in my lap she doesnt get sick, she just falls asleep. She has gone on 2 hour rides and no sickness. If it gets bumpy she instantly get sick whether I am holding her or not.
