I truly have to be honest with you....when they are 'that' young with such a high grade 3 or 4 - to me that says: pain, among other things...

Have you consulted with an Board Cert. Ortho Specialist yet? This is what I would be doing if she were mine...and if they recommended surgery, than that is the route I would go....

I helped rescue a 7 yr that obviously had a severe case of LP that was left untreated. The result was her knee grew and fused crooked and she has NO use of the portion of her leg from the knee down. She has to carry that leg in the air at all times, very unnecessary weight and very sad, as this girl could have had use of all four legs
