Mine is because I can hear very well. After working in a loud factory (I didn't use earplugs because they make you talk loud) for 5 yrs the company did a hearing test and my results said I had hearing of a newborn baby. That was about 5 yrs ago, and my hearing is still very good.
My logic is that since I can't see very good (wearing glasses since 3rd grade) God figured I needed to hear very well.
