Ellie has the same issue but isn't too lethargic and isn't losing weight uncontrollably. It is really frustrating. It may just be IBD but her vet said that because we might have to go to prednisolone if nothing starts working soon (I still need to switch her diet...), she will push us to get an intestinal biopsy done because in rare cases IBD type activity can be caused by cancer .

Sometimes he's lethargic, but not too much. It's more so the diarreha and the weight loss that worries me. The vet suggested that I switch him to a GI Intestinal food to see if that works, it's only been a week, but nothings getting better. Next step is the probiotics... I've also heard plain canned pumpkin may help, so I'm gonna ask about using that too.
