You know what worked for me...NAGGING!! haha
My dogs seem to love to go on newspaper rather than a potty pad. I kept it in the same spot and everytime I had to clean up accidents--I NAGGED and sent the doggies outside (they get a treat when they come in). I didnt give them treats for going in the correct spot because they always seem to go when your not looking. I also kept them confined to one room with tile floor so it made for easy cleanup. It took about two months, but I dont have to clean up accidents anymore.
Nagging is easy and everyone knows how to do it
