I used for 6 months before my wedding. I never had acknie before but lately i have been getting bums that leave marks. It worked great. I also have combination skin. I did have an reaction to the oil blocker i think. I just don use that one. They send me a replacement for that. Now I only use it occationaly. But yes it does get worst before it get better. Your body needs to adjust to it.. For me I just use it once a day... twice a day was to much for my skin. it really depends on the person. It is really good.
