LOL No,,,, it's really not as bad as the last time! I think I'll be ok. I think I just twisted it by landing on it wrong. It stoped throbbing after about 20 minutes! It's just really sore, But I can walk.

Sorry to hear that. We've live in this house for 11 years and I have about 7 steps going upstairs and about 7 going to the garage. My next house will be a ranch. I'm so over steps. The house we lived in before was a ranch.
