I am so sorry to hear about poor Trinity. She is an absolute doll.
I'm sorry I don't really have much to add about pancreatitis, although it's definately positive you caught things early and actually took her to the vet, a proactive approach is so much better than "wait and see."
There is so much experience on this board I am sure someone will chime in shortly with advice for you. In the meantime, you and Trinity are in our thoughts and prayers.
