You can try using Pill pockets by Greenies. I used the feline version it works really well. Bobby takes his pills great with those. You just put the pill in there and they gobble it up.
I would definiatly change her from pedrigree as soon as possible. There a lot of threads on good food here. I feed Bobby Wellness. You should probably try feeding her 3 times a day for now until she starts eating more. And if she isnt eating give her some nutrical so her blood sugar is ok.
