I woke up feeling fine and about 330 today it hit me!

Im soooo freezing cold, I am achy EVERYWHERE, slight headache, stomach is a mess! I have barely any appetite. Its mainly the achy and freezing part that is concerning me! Does the flu just strike like that quick?
