I've read some really bad things about imported "puppies." Buying a dog from a breeder is one thing, but buying imported puppies is another. China is fast becoming one of the largest breeders of dogs, and the restrictions on how the dogs are shipped are very lax. We have a terrible puppy mill problem in this country, and it worries me what other countries might be like. |
