Awww, don't feel bad just yet
Your girl will come around. I just brought home a new baby (well, 13mo baby) to my 15mo old baby. Ranger (1st yorkie) was sooooo mad at me for two days, wouldn't come near me, it really hurt my feelings. But I made sure to pet him, kiss him, hug him, feed him, first and he came around at about day 3. Since your 1st dog is a bit older, maybe it will take her a little while. I have had Ryder now for three weeks and they are buddies! Ryder is getting neutered today and Ranger kind of acts like he is looking for him.
There is hope! Be patient and make sure to make a huge deal out of your 1st girl. It's hard with a new one but you'll have plenty of time to bond with the 2nd one later, I think right now focus on your 1st girl!!
