I may be wrong, but the whole object of the Gift Exchange is to do just that, exchange gifts. It's called Secret Buddy Gift Exchange for a reason
. It's your choice whether you post hints or keep tallys of those who have posted hints so it isn't like it's a requirement. A lot of people have very busy lives where they're not able to get on here and post hints just so you ladies who are keeping tally sheets have a better chance of figuring out who your SB is.
