This is EXACTLY what Kayla is doing. She can be outside with me while I smoke and she just stands there, then we come in and she pees... or if she is really disperate she will go in and pee and then come back out again!
Last night I crated her, I decided I wasn't prepared to risk her toileting on any of the carpets so I put her in her crate and put a blanket over it like I saw someone suggest on YT and that kept her quiet. First thing this morning I put her out in the garden and she pee'd. Let her out a couple of hours later... nothing! It's gone 2pm here and she's pee'd once today which was first thing. She's in the front room with me and Amelia and she is in my sight all the time so I know she's not been anywhere in here and she can't get out the room. I've taken her out several times but she just won't go.
I wasn't expecting a quick fix by any means but I'm never going to get anywhere if she insists on just holding it in.
