I vote for Natures Miracle as well, while vinegar is a great cleaner and neutralizer, it doesn't get rid of the protein that causes a dog to return to the spot. You need a product that contains enzymes, which are actually beneficial bacteria that "eat" the protein. This does take time to work though, and the area can be cleaned with a regular grout cleaner afterwards. After thoroughly cleaning, a grout sealer is recommended, so that urine can't sink into porous grout, once this is done, clean up is a snap because urine can't sink into tile, so any cleaner, including vinegar, would probably be adequate. You can see any urine proteins by using a "black light" sold at pet stores and other place, urine residue shows up a bluish white.
