I just got my carrier in and it is PERFECT. I wanted to Thank Shana for her excellent customer service. I had ordered another carrier a while back and returned it, because it really wasn't what I wanted. So Shana handled the return promptly and professionally. I re-ordered and just got the new carrier (Chic Red Pet Carrier) and I love it. Shana was quick to respond and credit me the discount that I forgot to post when purchasing the carrier and she was prompt to get it mailed out.

She also responded to all my email's corresponding with her to make sure I fully understood what each carrier in question had to offer.

The quaility of the carrier is excellent and Shana made me a faux fur mat to place in the bottom of the carrier. I love the extra pockets this carrier gives I can't wait to try it out this week-end. Will have to find some place to go, just so I can take Millie Sage in her new purse.

I am just so happy with it, so thank you again Shana.
