I wouldn't worry to much about it if I were you. I have other Yorkies that have no problem at all traveling. I think most Yorkies are fine with traveling.
I don't know what it is with Ciara. It's not because she's afraid of the car. She's always excited to go whenever I take her. She just throws up.
