We just got back from a vet visit. Shadow had lost a lot of hair over the weekend so we took them to the vet again. They both have ringworm, though Shadow's is much worse. They are still there now, getting a lime dip which they will have to have every five days until the symptoms go away. Marty and Maddie have an anti-fungal shampoo just in case as well.
The scary part is that the vet is worried that they were able to get ringworm even though they are on immune building vitamins. She says it shows that their immune system still isn't doing very well and that they may have leukemia or aids.
She says it would also explain what happened to Jack. She can't test for leukemia or aids until they are between 9 and 12 weeks old so we are just giving them as much love and affection as possible in the meantime.
I can't imagine losing these girls after already losing Jack. My heart is breaking all over again.
