As for bile acid testing, we tested three times and it was up so high last time with no conclusive test results that we probably won't test again. With MVD, you may be able to stop testing because they aren't going to come down anyway. With LS, they should come down after surgery. If you are trying to get them to come down with diet and supplements, retesting in 30 days would be normal.
I'm just wondering what's next, once I talk to the other vet/surgeon. I guess her BAT isn't horrible at pre 2.1 and post 47.5; but the ALT at 245 is way high. Part of me is in denial, hoping that it will all go away somehow.
