It comes in gel and spray. You can use the gel to brush with or just put some in the dogs mouth each day. If you are going to brush with it use the gel otherwise the spray is much easier to get in their mouth. As far as how well it works, I've heard it's really good but haven't used it regularly myself. I keep meaning to but always forget. I will be interested to hear other peoples replys.
