All my females are not spayed (of course since I'm a breeder
) but they ALL mark. Just as much as my males. Especially if they smell another female was there prior.
I have one who goes around the yard and pee's on everyone elses pee and poo. she even lifts her leg!
Spaying "may" help
Is your male neutered? Could just be all the raging hormones
Mine do that too, 2 will be playing and then one has to but in and start a little tiff.
