We have hard wood floors in the living room, dining room, bedrooms and laminate in the family room with area rugs-I have a beautiful oriental in the living room-got it before the yorkies.Either Bubba or Sissy (I really think it's her) occassionally will sneak into the living room and pee on that rug arrgghhh! Sometimes I find it right away and sometimes don't notice it until the tell tale yellow spot shows up. Right now I'm in the process of fall house cleaning and guess what? I found two spots on the rug. The floor underneath has a dark stain now. So, I think this is what I'll do. I'm going to get plastic painter' drop cloths and put them under the rugs to protect the flooring. What do you think?
