Sounds like you have some friendly employees at your stores.... at the PetCo down the road from us... not so nice. I tried to return a bag of dog food and since it wasn't in a bag, I went up to the counter and asked if he wanted me to leave it by the register while I go to get the correct food. Instead of saying anything he just looked at me... I just put it down and said "Ooooookay then". I went and got the right food and the man didn't even say ANYTHING to me until he got up to the part where I gave him money. Then I loudly said "Thank you!" as I always do and he didn't say anything.
