callie didnt like to be zipped in and it had a leash thing sewed into it that hooked to her harness and with her hooked like that I left it open and she would sit and loved it that way because she could see everything better and liked being level with lots of things. I tired it when she would cry and whine being zipped up and she was trying to dig out but now she dosent. Maybe its something you could try?
