Very curious as to who the breeder would be that sold a yorkie saying it would be 4 lbs and grew to be 14 lbs. You have to realize there are breeders and then there are breeders.
Buying at Walmart is not going to get you Liz Claiborne quality.
Visit the website of any reputable show breeder who has been around a very long time and is well known you will see a certain type in their dogs and even the quality of the ones they sell for pets is awesome.
I groomed a purebred registered Sheltie and a purebred registered Papillon in the last couple of days, both purchased for pet from excellent show breeders. The quality of both of these was lovely and so nice to work on for pet grooming.
