thanks for your response. Well it does not appear I have to really use that pinch/shake thing now. A sharp No and like you..a quick nip at the side of his neck with the No.. seems to be doing the trick now. He is a changed man I must say. He seems so much happier and less out of control once I established I was the big Kahuna. It may have been a bit aggressive of me..but I do have his attention and have established my words mean business so I don't regret the pinch/shake ( since he obviously was not harmed..hehe). But all is progressing more sanely now.... :-)
