You're feeding a high carb diet and for some dogs, this is going to be stressful on their systems since they are carnivores. If you read about how dogs digest carbs, it is a lot of work on their systems to process a carb, especially complex carbs - so a high carb diet could cause a dog's system to almost be in a constant state of digestion, depending on the feeding schedule.
I would suggest you try a higher protein kibble, like Orijen. It's definitely worth a try to see if carbs are the issue for your pup.
