I just had my living room/dining room, kitchen and hallway painted and am trying to put my house back together
I cleaned the living room rug and took it and the pad outside to hang over my fence yesterday so they could dry and air out. They've got to come back in sometime today.

I have a hallway that is kind of dark and am trying to camouflage it. I want a mirror at the end of the hall to open it up and make it bigger and more "airy", but my thermostat is right in the middle of it. My solution was to buy 2 door mirrors in really pretty frames and hang them on either side of the thermostat. The first one went up - no problem - but the second one FELL OUT of the frame as soon as I let it go! It broke into a million pieces and nicked my freshly painted wall in 2 places.
Do ya'll think I'm gonna have 7 years of bad luck???
