I think that sounds about how much Chip weighed at that age... of course, you never know because each york is different, but Chip ended up being 8-9 lbs. I love my big babies! When I was first looking for a yorkie, I was looking for a "teacup" (I know there is no such thing, but I didn't know that then), but I couldn't be happier with my little monsters.
