Here are some pics of Boo-Boo and Pheoebe with their caps on...
Boo-Boo doesn't like his on so he takes it off but Pheoebe for some reason likes hers...

I couldn't tell you how to make them wear it, they either like it and keep it on, or they don't and they take it off! LOL
