That's EXCELLENT advice.
We are talking about changing vets. You're right it was blind faith. I never dreamed something so supposedly benign could possibly cause so much destruction in the life of my little doll angel Savannah.
We just aren't ready for another baby yet but when we are I'll take your suggestion to ask breeders about a good vet.

I took Savannah to this vet. SEVERAL times every year. Shots every year. Teeth cleaning, etc.
I don't place all the responsibilty with him. "I" should have done more research for Savannah's sake. In that respect I feel like I really failed her... and that's a hard thing to reconcile with one's self.
