Love My baby acts different when I come home.

If I leave Abigail for several hours and come back home, she greets me with her tail tucked down and her ears pulled back in a somewhat "cowed down" attitude. Does this happen to anyone else? At first I wondered if she had done something that she knew was bad and would look around to find that everything is fine. What could be the reason for this change in attitude...she is usually very self-assured and loving and confident. It makes me feel badly when this happens. We don't often leave her for very long at a time. We leave her to go to church and depending on my work day, if I can't take her with me I will leave her at home for 5 or 6 hours at the most at a time but this has only happened 3 or 4 times. She becomes her normal sweet self after a minute or two. She is 19 weeks old and we have had her since she was 9 weeks old. We have truly been BLESSED to have the little doll! She is so perfect in every way and exactly what we need and love in a pet! Very sociable and happy and sweet and lively...can you tell I'm in love with her! I just wonder if this happens to anyone else and what might be causing this...
