My thanksgiving is in no way traditional, well actually it is but we just add things from our culture. We normally have:

This is where we spice things up
We are Cuban so we make

- Pork
- Cassava (Yuca)
- Cuban Bread with butter and garlic
- Moro (Black bean rice)

For dessert we always have

-Flan
-Pumpkin Pie
- Sweet potato pie
- Arroz con leche

I am the one that normally does all of the cooking, I make things such as the desserts a few days in advance and do most of the prepwork the day before!

I love thanksgiving!
