No, I have found that the biggest problem with groomers and clients is poor communication. The groomer should try very hard to understand what the owner wants and vice versa. Using terms like "puppy cut," "teddy bear," etc. don't mean the same thing to every one...not even to different groomers. I would highly recommend bringing in a photo to show what you want. A lot of groomers think "short" for puppy cuts. It looks like your regular groomer uses a snap-on-comb on his body. I've never been impressed with Petsmart or Petco grooming. It's like an assembly line.
