So a couple of days ago I was being completely lazy and flipping through one of my magazines. I found and read this article about detoxing your body and it def sounded very interesting. I've been thinking about it for a couple of days and I've been doing some research along with ordering some books. I'm doing it more for health reasons but the weight loss is def a bonus

I'm in nursing school so I def am aware of all the side effects and I don't plan on doing it for an extended period of time ... maybe a little more than a week. I've been thinking about the master cleanse ...have anybody does this or any detox in general? What do yall think ...? Thanks
