Thank you, but I was afraid of this answer. Puppypassion is the exact chart that I am trying to use. You see, when I typed in her 10 week old weight of 1.6, the conversion chart came up with 25.6 ounces. Then when I typed in her 12 week weight of 1.10, I get a conversion of fewer ounces (17.something). That doesn't make any sense to me. I must not be typing the new weight in correctly or something. ALl help is much appreciated. I'm terrible at math!
