Why don't you switch to your new hollistic vet, and talk over your concerns with him/her? I only do rabies as needed, and vaccines every three-four years. I wouldn't do the kennel cough vaccine unless I was boarding. I also wouldn't do the fecal exam (although it's totally non-invasive) unless I was concerned about something. The heartworm test may be required to renew your heartworm prescription.
