I found the bells at WalMart. For a lack of a better word, I call them "jingle" bells, and you should be able to find them very easily this time of year. They have a loop at the top where you can thread a ribbon through, tie it, and hang it over the door knob.
Speaking of bells, Logan is ringing them now. Gotta go!
