If Lexi were mine I would do it for sure, especially if it can be done when she's needs to be put out anyway. I just recently lost my little Tori (a silky X) to cancer. I had never bothered to have her spayed because her heats just weren't that big of a deal, no spotting or anything hardly at all. But now just the thought that I might have increased her risk of getting cancer is very hard to deal with. I would just make sure I was comfortable with my choice of vets and get it done. |
