30lbs!!!!! WOW!!! I confess I can't make it. My ex fiance was spanish and his whole family made it often. I have quite a few spanish friends and they make it on the fly. Im always so impressed! I love spanish food. I had pernil twice last week and it was the first time I had it in probably a year! Not often enough!
