Its a pork stuffing. I was just trying to send a 'recipe' to Viola and had the hardest time! Its a family tradition so we all just inherently know how to make it. I have NO idea how much of what you need to make it. Everything is really 'to taste'.

Its
3lbs ground pork
1lb ground beef

cook up together in a large pan so that meat is crumbled finely.

Peel, cut and boil potatoes (no idea how many thats the problem) Mash them with nothing in them, just the potatoes. (I like to leave some small lumps in them)

Mix the meat with the potatoes a little at a time until you have the right consistency. It should be where the meat all clumps together and you can scoop it up easily without it falling apart, but too much potatoes and thats all you really taste.

My family uses Bells seasoning and ground cloves for seasoning. Just add, mix and taste until it tastes right to you. There are no real measurements.

This should be enough to stuff a LARGE turkey and make 2 pork pies (I buy pillsbury pie crust and put a bottom crust in a pie pan and fill it with the stuffing, then add a top crust, slice the top of the crust with steam vents and bake for like 30 - 45 mins. Yummy meal.

Good Luck to whoever attempts this!
