I think you mean mast cell tumor. If you google it you will get lots of information. They are the most common type of skin tumor found in dogs. The outcome depends on what stage etc so you really have to wait for a biopsy to tell. I hope it has a good outcome. My T.J. had a tumor removed from his intestine in June 2007. His prognosis was very poor and he was given weeks to a couple months to live but he is doing well right now and I'll take whatever time I have left with him. Good luck. I'll keep you in my thoughts |
