If she gets one that has died of poison, it can sure kill her! I do not use poison IN the house. Only outside. In the house I use the glue traps and put them in one of those see thru shoe boxes with a little hole cut in it so Brina can't get to it. She got caught in a glue trap once - and you don't want to have to clean up that mess, trust me. The glue traps have "bait", but not poison, but they will sure stick the dog to it too! Like 3 out of 4 feet for mine.
Now I have a "Rat Zapper" (electrifies those suckers) and she can't get to the dangerous part. Love that one! Oh, the joys of country living!
