A second yorkie, oh how fun. Well first you need to find the right one for you. Next I would make a playdate, somewhere other than your home. Let them meet and play for a bit. When the new baby comes make sure there is enough toys for both. They should have their own dishes and beds. Most of all always greet your first yorkie first. She has to know she hasn't lost her place in the pack. The new puppy will be just fine, he/she will know he/she is new to the pack and has to find his/her place. I'm sure you will find one that will fit right in. That's the good thing about Yorkies, they are all so sweet.
