We have 'Pets at Home' here which I'm guessin is kind of the same thing (sells pet food and supplies)....and I would without a doubt clean up after Twinkle, just the same as I do when I take her for walks in public places...this rude woman is probably one of those who leaves her dogs mess for others to step in (like my poor little girl did the other week) when she takes her dogs to the park - DISGUSTING!!!!!
