Oh, blimey, why didn't anyone tell me i entered the peanut gallery?! OK, we need to make Gypsy and Panama honorary members (until they get their own canines coiffured, ahem ahem).
How shall we organize the executive branch of PITA? Perhaps we should have our own Cabinet? Twalla & Sam seems to be very good with the public, Gypsy keeps folks accountable, and Panama keeps the peace.
