Frustrating. I hope you can figure something out. Its funny that she isn't following the lead of the other dog. Do you put her in "time out" when you cathc her? If I catch Noelle I tell her no and I put her in her crate and close the door and come back in 2-5 minutes to let her out. It seems to help.
